As part of the development process, Pathify provides each customer with a QA portal instance that will allow customers to test and review new feature releases before they are deployed to a production portal instance.

There are several reasons to build a QA portal instance. Most importantly, a QA Portal Instance provides these opportunities:
- Live user testing - As we roll out new features, we want to be sure those features meet customer expectations and the expectations of end users, such as students, faculty, and others.

The QA Portal Instance is provided one week prior to new releases being widely deployed to customers. Our team will publish a release calendar so that customers can plan time to review.
