Announcements allow portal Admin to target granular cohorts based on roles. It is an omni-channel communication function that allows institutions to deliver Announcements to specific user cohorts via modern notification channels.

Portal Admin are able to target granular cohorts based on roles (i.e. First-year students, Nursing, Athletes, etc.) and deliver Announcements out via in-app notifications, push notifications, email, and SMS. Announcements also allow portal Admin to escalate communication to Alerts and Emergency.
