FAQs Overview
The FAQs feature provides users with answers to common questions. FAQs can be managed in Admin Center and Admin Plus.
In this article:
Add an FAQ
User Options > Admin Center > FAQs
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Center from the drop-down menu.

3. Select FAQs in the left-hand menu.

4. Click + Add FAQ.

5. Type the FAQ.
6. Type the FAQ Answer.
7. Click Add.
FAQ answers support HTML.

FAQs can also be managed from Admin Plus.
User Options > Admin Plus > Feeds > FAQs
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Plus from the drop-down menu.

3. Scroll down to Feeds.
4. Select FAQs.

5. Click Add FAQ in the upper right-hand corner.

6. Type in the Question and the Answer.

7. Click Save in the right-hand corner.

Edit an FAQ
User Options > Admin Center > FAQs
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Center from the drop-down menu.

3. Select FAQs in the left-hand menu.

4. Click the Edit FAQ icon to the right of the FAQ to edit.

5. Edit the FAQ, as necessary.
6. Click Save.

FAQs can also be managed in Admin Plus.
User Options > Admin Plus > Feeds > FAQs
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Plus from the drop-down menu.

3. Scroll down to Feeds.
4. Select FAQs.

5. Select the FAQ to edit.
6. Edit the question and/or answer.
7. Click Save in the lower right-hand corner.

Delete an FAQ
User Options > Admin Center > FAQs
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Center from the drop-down menu.

3. Select FAQs in the left-hand menu.

4. Click the Delete FAQ icon to the right of the FAQ to delete.

5. Select Delete in the dialogue box to delete the FAQ.

FAQs can also be managed in Admin Plus.
User Options > Admin Plus > Feeds > FAQs
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Plus from the drop-down menu.

3. Scroll down to Feeds.
4. Select FAQs.

5. Select the FAQ to delete.
6. Click Delete.

7. Select Yes, I'm sure.
