Calendar Feeds Overview
The Calendar Feeds feature is intended for calendars that do not require authentication/authorization to access.
In this article:
Add a Calendar Feed
User Options > Admin Center > Events & Calendars > Calendar Feeds
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Center from the drop-down menu.

3. Select Events & Calendars in the left-hand menu.

4. Click the Calendar Feeds tab.
5. Click + Add Calendar Feed.
6. Complete the Calendar Feed information.
7. Click Add when finished.

Calendar Feeds can also be managed in Admin Plus.
User Options > Admin Plus > Events > Calendar Feeds
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Plus from the drop-down menu.

2. Scroll down to Events.
3. Select Calendar feeds.

4. Click Add Calendar Feed + in the upper right-hand corner.

5. Type the Feed title.
This will appear in the title of the Widget in the portal.
6. Paste the Calendar URL.
This is the URL that directly links to an iCal.
7. Select the Source.
Source types listed are the only supported source types.
8. Select a Timezone.
This is the timezone of the user's calendar.

9. Click Save in the lower right-hand corner.

Errors and Troubleshooting
HTTP Error
404 Client Error: Bad Request for url: {url}
- The URL provided was copied/pasted incorrectly (missing values).
- The calendar is unauthenticated.
Value Error
Content line could not be parsed into parts: {content}
- The URL provided isn't a valid content type. In some cases, this URL may be usable as an iframable embed view, rather than an iCal feed.
