Tasks Overview
The Tasks feature provides users with important to-do items assigned to them by an institution.
In this article:
Add a Task Category
User Options > Admin Center > Tasks
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Center from the drop-down menu.

3. Select Tasks in the left-hand menu.

4. Click the Task Categories tab.

5. Click + Add Category on the right-hand side.

6. Enter the Category Name in the Name field.
7. Click on the Icon to the left of the Category Name to select a Task icon.

8. Enter a Category Description.
9. Click Add when finished.

Tasks can also be managed in Admin Plus.
User Options > Admin Plus > Tasks > Task Categories
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Plus from the drop-down menu..

3. Scroll down to Tasks.
4. Select Task Categories.

5. Select Add Task Category + in the upper right-hand corner.

6. Enter Task Category Name in the Name field.
7. Add an optional Category description.
8. Select an Icon from the drop-down menu.

9. Click Save in the lower right-hand corner.

Edit a Task Category
User Options > Admin Center > Tasks
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Center from the drop-down menu.

3. Select Tasks in the left-hand menu.

4. Click the Task Categories tab.

5. Click the Edit Category icon next to the Task Category to edit.

6. Edit the Task Category.
7. Click Save.

Tasks can also be managed in Admin Plus.
User Options > Admin Plus > Tasks > Task Categories
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Plus from the drop-down menu.

3. Scroll down to Tasks.
4. Select Task Categories.

5. Select the specific Task Category to edit.
6. Edit the Task Category, as necessary.
7. Click Save in the lower right-hand corner.

Delete a Task Category
User Options > Admin Center > Tasks
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Center from the drop-down menu.

3. Select Tasks in the left-hand menu.

4. Click the Task Categories tab.

5. Click the Delete Category icon next to the Task Category to delete.

6. Click to Delete to complete deletion.
