Feature Overview
The Permissions feature enables portal Admin to give individual Users and/or Roles granular administrative Permissions. Permissions provides the ability to control who can view, add, edit, or delete information within portal features.
In this article:
Manage Permissions (Individual User)
User Options >Admin Center > Users & Roles > Users
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Center from the drop-down menu.

3. Click on Users & Roles
4. Locate the specific User
5. Select Edit on the specific User
6. Scroll down to Permissions
7. Select Add Permissions
8. Search for "notice"
9. Select desired permissions
10. Add permissions

11. Save Changes
User Options >Admin Plus > Users > Users
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Plus from the drop-down menu.

3. Scroll down to Users.
4. Select Users.

5. Select the specific User.
6. Scroll down to Permissions.
7. Navigate to User Permissions.
8. Type "Announcement" in the Search field.
9. Select Available user permissions to assign.
10. Click the right-facing arrow to add the permission(s) to Chosen user permissions.
11. Scroll down and click Save in the lower right-hand corner.

Manage Permissions (Role)
User Options > Admin Center > Users & Roles> Roles
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Center from the drop-down menu.

3. Click on Users & Roles
4. Click on Add Role
5. Complete all relevant information for the role
6. Scroll to the bottom
7. Click on Add Permissions
8. Search for "notice"
9. Select desired permissions
10. Add permissions

11. Save Changes
User Options > Admin Plus > Users > Roles
1. Click on User Options.
2. Select Admin Plus from the drop-down menu.

3. Scroll down to Users.
4. Select Roles.

5. Click Add Role + in the upper right-hand corner.

6. Type the name of the new Role in the Name field.
7. Type "Announcement" in the Search field.
8. Select Available user permissions to assign.
9. Click the right-facing arrow to add the permission(s) to Chosen user permissions.
10. Add a Membership Filter under Role Settings. All users that match the filter will be assigned to the Role.

11. Scroll down and click Save in the bottom right-hand corner.
