Microsoft Integration Overview
The Microsoft Integration permits a user's M365 emails and files to be displayed on the Engagement Hub via a dedicated widget and provides Microsoft Teams access for users to hold video/audio calls and conferences.

Microsoft Integration Capabilities
- The M365 Widget can display links to a user's Outlook emails and OneDrive files in separate tabs.
- Microsoft Teams can be enabled for Roles.
- Microsoft Teams can be used in Discussions, Events, and Messages.
Integrating the M365 Productivity Suite with Pathify
API keys and identities must be created first with Microsoft/Azure before integration with Pathify. That procedure can be found here.
📍User Options > Admin Center > Integrations & Widgets > Recipe Library
1. Select User Options.
2. Select Admin Center from the drop-down.

3. Navigate to Integrations & Widgets > Recipe Library.

4. Select the Microsoft Connector Recipe.

5. Enable the Enable/disable the Microsoft Office integration toggle.
6. Input the corresponding information that was provided while procuring your API keys and identities into the empty data fields.
7. Enable the Enable/disable the M365 Files/Emails widget integration toggle.
This enables the M365 Productivity Widget.
8. Enable the Enable/disable the Microsoft Teams integration toggle.
This enables Microsoft Teams.
9. Provide the corresponding information regarding endpoints and permissions into the empty data fields.
10. Select Submit.
11. Select Run on the Microsoft Connector Recipe.

Microsoft M365 Productivity Suite is now integrated with Pathify!
Now to install and enable the M365 Productivity Widget.
Install and enable the M365 Productivity Widget
📍User Options > Admin Center > Integrations & Widgets > Recipe Library
1. Select User Options.
2. Select Admin Center from the drop-down.
3. Navigate to Integrations & Widgets > Recipe Library.
4. Select the M365 Productivity Widget.

5. Fill the required information into the blank data fields.
6. Enable the Enable/Disable the Microsoft Outlook email tab toggle.
7. Enable the Enable/Disable the Microsoft OneDrive files tab toggle.
8. Select Submit in the lower-right.
9. Select Run on the M365 Productivity Widget

10. Navigate to User Options > Admin Center > Integrations & Widgets > Installed Widgets.
11. Toggle the Is Active toggle for the Office 365 widget.
Congratulations, the Microsoft Productivity Suite is now integrated with Pathify and the Office 365 Widget is available for your users!
