InSpace Integration Overview
InSpace is an optional solution for drop-in video conferencing for Pathify Groups, empowering institutions to create community groups to boost social engagement. When enabled, each Pathify Group will have a private area for members and InSpace 'space' admins. The spaces will always be on and a link to the space will display the number of users currently in the space.
In this article:
Upon Integration
- When a Pathify Group is created, a corresponding InSpace space will be created simultaneously.
- The space will correspond to the name of the Pathify Group and will be restricted to Group members only.
- Pathify Group Admins will be added as space admins. When a user loses Pathify Group Admin privileges, they will also lose space admin privileges.
- Pathify Group Admins can enable/disable the display of the InSpace space for each group.
- Pathify Group members are automatically invited to that Group's space. When leaving a Pathify Group, the user's access to that space is removed.
Integration Steps
📍Admin Plus > Integrations > InSpace Integration
- Check the box next to InSpace Integration.
- Select Enable selected integration in the dropdown menu.
- Click Go.

- You will be redirected to the InSpace login page.
- Enter your InSpace log-in credentials.
This account will create and manage InSpace spaces.

- You will be redirected back to Admin Plus. Congratulations, InSpace integration is successful!
- Enable InSpace for use in the Pathify Engagement Hub.
📍Admin Center > Groups > Settings > General > Allow Live Chat (InSpace) (toggle)
- Pathify Group Admins can enable InSpace for their group in the Advanced Setting.
📍(In group) > Settings > Advanced Settings > Live Chat enabled (toggle)

InSpace is now fully integrated and enabled for use!
