Features
Menu updates! We've made several updates to the Main Menu to make it easier to navigate and more visually appealing.
- The Main Menu has been consolidated into a single, scrollable list. Now everything smoothly scrolls together without jumping from menu to menu. No more separate cards!
- It's now wider with larger fonts and badges. So much space and easier to navigate!
- Customizable text and background colors that can be controlled on the Self Service Branding page.

A wider interface now utilizes the entire width of your browser.
- Wider content displayed on wider screens.
- The top navigation/search bar now reaches from end-to-end on your screen.
- Hiding the Main Menu centers the Engagement Hub content and zooms into your chosen background image.
Quick Links can be displayed as 'capsules' with unlimited links. and Self Service Branding options added.
- The 'cards with images' Quick Link style is the default setting, but is configurable.

Standard widgets have a fixed height (312px).
- Custom widget heights will remain the same.
Pathify strongly recommends using the new standard widget size (312px) for your custom widgets to enjoy optimum performance.
Add a background image to the Dashboard with an overlay color to match your Self Service Branding options.

CTA button attached to bottom of widget, regardless of widget height.
- The CTA button could become "hidden" under content in widgets. This ensures the CTA button is always visible at the bottom.
Various layout updates (padding, breakpoints).
- Some small updates to the spacing and padding between text, menus, menu items, and widgets to improve usability.
Improvements
Preferred pronouns
- Users can choose to display their Preferred Pronouns in the Portal. This is OFF by default.
📍User Options > View Profile > Edit Profile > Pronouns

- Admin can add and edit pronouns for users from within Admin Center. This can also be added via user provisioning.
- User pronouns can be bulk edited by sending the attribute

Events updates
- 'View All Events' button displayed at the end of list in Events widget.
- This will take the user to the 'Events & Calendars' page where they have a detailed calendar displaying upcoming events.

Global Events has been enabled by default.

Users can begin checking-in to an event after it has ended.
- Attendance tracking is configurable for the event creator.
📍(In group) > Create Event > Track Attendance (toggle) > Check-in starts & Check-in ends

Directory information updates
- Removed 'Description' field for users.
- Added 'Position' and 'Major' fields for users.
- The Directory now searches contact emails along with names.

Added 'Tools' menu back to Admin Plus for assigning user-level permissions to individual tools.
- This is a temporary change until this functionality is added to the Admin Center.

Hover color for Menu and Quick Link 'capsules' added to Self Service Branding Components.
- Add a unique color to the Menu and Quick Link 'capsules' while a cursor is hovering over them.

Calendar feed now updates every two hours instead of every six.
Removed 'HERE' text in email notification footers to address accessibility issues.
Recipes & Integrations
Microsoft Productivity Integration
- M365 Connector Recipe
- Integrate with Microsoft productivity suite and enable API from Azure (currently for delegated access).
- M365 Widget
- Display your Microsoft emails and files in a widget.
- Users must allow Microsoft permission to verify their credentials to display content. They may withdraw permission at any time.

Resolved Issues
Admin can create Label Categories in the Admin Center.
- Fixed migration issues of 'Label Management' page moving from Admin Plus to the Admin Center.
Changed wording in pop-up users receive when creating a new Group Event.
Fixed bug affecting ability to schedule an event that begins within five minutes of event creation.
Flow
Improved Flow menus and accessibility options
- All running flows across a given cluster of nodes displayed on a single page for quicker identification and needed fixes.
New config panel in Flow to show Recipes that are available to update.
Invalid/broken flows and triggers will be displayed instead of hidden.
Display and sort/filter valid flows (front and backend) and identify where specific flows are triggered.
Ability to reconfigure and flows/triggers/nodes that are not working and/or broken.
Fixed bug prohibiting users to switch from dark mode to light or auto mode.
Flow-level integration of iCal
- Can parse and write in iCal format directly from Flow.
