Part 4: Verify user authentication

Add a step to your Flow to verify that a user has an active cookie session. This step adds a layer of authentication to your flow. It also leaves user information in your flow's payload, which can allow you to do the following:

• Retrieve a user's unique identifier so you can pass it into an endpoint and/or as parameters in an API call
• Retrieve user information to display in a widget
